		<description>Enjoyed Mr. (note, not Mrs.)Carpenter&#039;s Sincerely Yours.  Very clever and has universal appeal in the been there, done that category. I&#039;m reminded of something I read once about a houswife who could get no satisfaction from a major company about problems with her iron--yes, this was some time ago.  In desperation she put the iron in a paper sack, taped and mailed it with a note that read, &quot;the damn thing won&#039;t work.&quot;  Company was prompt with a refund.
Hope to see more of Mr. Carpenter&#039;s stories.</description>
